Steca, the Memmingen-based solar electronics supplier and electronics service provider, intends to continue its positive business development next year under new management. AL-KO Manager Klauspeter Bader will succeed Managing Directors Peter Voigtsberger, Michael Voigtsberger and Dr Gerald Katzler with effect from 1 January 2018.
AL-KO SE, based in Munich and a holding company of the internationally active firm AL-KO Kober SE, has been involved with Steca since December 2016 as an investor and strategic partner. As part of the strong and highly diversified AL-KO Group, Steca can look back on a successful year during which it managed to increase both its turnover and its profit year-on-year. Steca purposely promoted restructuring measures and investments in its future viability. The new Managing Director is now set to continue on the same course, by integrating Steca even further into the AL-KO Group.
Klauspeter Bader will manage Steca Elektronik GmbH’s business operations in future. He has many years of international corporate management experience and has successfully supported the strategic realignment of companies and business divisions, to name but a few examples.
“I’m following in big footsteps, and I’m looking forward to the challenges ahead. By focusing on common synergies within the group, we want to ensure sustainable growth at Steca,” explains Klauspeter Bader. Raymond Kober, Managing Director of AL-KO SE, adds: “We would like to thank Mr Peter Voigtsberger, Mr Michael Voigtsberger and Dr Gerald Katzler for their strong commitment. Steca is in a strong position today to further boost its competitive edge on the market in future.”
