Professional system monitoring for yield stability

Locally and remotely
In order to maximise the performance of your solar system at all times, it is essential to have continuous system monitoring. With the Steca products, we offer you a wide range of options for system monitoring:
Local visualisation, remote queries or remote monitoring.

Local visualisation is most suitable if you want to retrieve as much information as possible or to have very detailed data via the display unit or via the integrated web server of the inverter on your PC or a local network. Some inverter types also provide you with the data in XML form. The data are provided by the HTTP server of the inverter via Ethernet using HTTP/GET. In the simplest case, you can then query the data directly using a browser and the respective inverter IP address.

Remote queries are more convenient: With the Steca Solar portal, sunCloud.steca.com you can call up the system data online via the internet from anywhere in the world. The internal data logger sends all the relevant parameters to an external database.
You log in at sunCloud.steca.com and your live or historical data are prepared and visualised in the sunCloud solar portal.

The most professional method is to monitor the system via an external data logger. This monitors the system components for proper functionality and immediately reports any faults to the operator. It also stores all of the relevant data.
