Final assembly

Steca's customers require not only a printed circuit board which is assembled according to quality standards, but also comprehensive continuing services for every aspect of the component group, comprising everything up to the ready-for-sale packaged end product.

For applications with require climatic protection, your product is provided with a selective protective varnish, a complete protective varnish using a dip process, or selective or complete sealing.

Almost all products need some form of cable material for the assembly. Fully automatic machines for cutting the lengths and crimping, insulation stripping equipment, cable extrusion machines and cable testers are available (more under Cable technology).

To attach identification, printing equipment is available using thermo-transfer labelling or tampon print technology.

The final assembly puts together the separate component groups of your product, such as assembled printed circuit boards, casing and ready-made cables, assembling them according to your specifications.
