Founded in 1976 as Steca Elektronik GmbH, today's KATEK Memmingen GmbH has been part of the KATEK Group since 2019. The company develops, produces and distributes high-quality power electronics for domestic appliances, industrial applications and medical and automotive technology. Under its own brand ‘Steca - A KATEK brand’, the Solar & Energy division offers high-end power electronics for grid inverters and energy storage systems as well as control technology for photovoltaic systems and fuel cell systems.
